North Carolina Floods
I took the Red Cross Disaster Assessment Field Training 2 weeks ago and was called on my first disaster response TODAY. It doesn’t usually happen that fast! Even more odd – it was from major flash flooding about 5 miles from my house. 70-100 homes impacted. Many have been condemned. And more rain is coming soon.
